Not only do we provide the hardware and software solutions for your new state-of-the-art payment gateway, we also provide training and consultation services. We provide on-site or remote training on how to use, configure, and maintain your payment gateway.

The Customer Support Service works in combination with the optional Customer Support module that is required to be part of the key1solutions gateway.

Our Merchant Boarding service is available as an optional service to operators, whereby key1solutions will manage the setup process of the merchants onto the key1solutions platform on behalf of the operator.

Our Approval, Compliance and KYC service is available as an optional service, whereby key1solutions will manage the approval and compliance process of the merchants.

By using key1solutions’ Fraud Screening service, the operator will receive daily review of all transactions combined with existing fraud modules. The Fraud Screening Service requires the usage of our Fraud Screening Module.
